when trying to get the three cards from the combo, two of them say “Anonymous transactions ban”. What does it mean and how can I get rid of it? I do have enough coins to get them.

Hi Raymond, so I figured I can still sign up for the EBI exchange, I have received a link from one of the coaches and claim the tokens available or I can just wait for the “Direct claim” on the 26th. My question is, what is the advantage of claiming tokens now versus on the 26th? Thank you.

I can’t find the EBI exchange, so it gives me only one option, which is the “Direct claim”, but when I click on it, nothing happens, which means I can’t even choose it. Do you know how it works?

I thought I did. It had the checkmark next to it, or at least that’s what I think. When I click on the Airdrop, it gives me only the two options I described (EBI Exchange, where it says my tokens will be sent, but I have no account) and the “Direct claim” option, whatever that means..

Hi, Raymond,

yes, I meant the allocation. I have received my share, but checking the ‘Airdrop/Withdrawal” tag, it shows me only two options now….:

1. EBI Exchange, it says they will be depositing tokens there – never heard of it, nor do I have an account there

2. Direct claim (whatever that means)

My exchange is Binance and I also have a Tonkeeper wallet installed, including the gas fee, which was the option back when we started the game. Neither of them are to be found…

As a total newbie to this, I’m lost as to what to do next in order not to loose my hard-earned tokens. Can anybody help? I understand, nobody is a financial advisor here, I just would like to hear my option. Any instructions anywhere on this platform?

If anybody is open to connecting with me via video, that will be also great. Please, keep in mind, I’m in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

any basic details on this game, please? Such as when it started and when it’s the airdrop day. The reason for asking is, that the Hamster game we got quite late and although I’ve come pretty high on the level, it would’ve been totally different if we started only a couple of weeks earlier.

Also, I’m trying to get some gas fee to my Ton wallet for the Hamster airdrop. Searching around the Tonkeeper app, I came across the possibility of buying the Toncoin directly via Tonkeeper using the Mercuryo using just my credit card. Any experience? It seems easier than buying it on an CEX and then transferring it to the TON wallet.

One more question… My choice of CEX on Hamster was Binance. If I change it, does it mess up the game in any way?

IS THERE A VIDEO/INSTRUCTIONS on what to do once the airdrop starts? Some videos say we need to immediately transfer it to our CEX and sell it, since the price will go up. Obviously, I’m new to all this, so will appreciate any info.

Hello, Diane,

I understand, that one card has many levels and therefore you can buy it several times over. My question was, that how to buy a card that is already marked as “my card” and I can’t buy it anymore. I have a couple already and one of them was required to receive the Daily combo.

Also, does anyone know what happens after you’ve been on the Hamster for more than 10 days? Just curious, since the “Daily reward” shows only for the first ten days.

Any tips on how to keep buying the cards (for higher earnings) since now the cards are getting very expensive for much smaller returns (I’m on a pretty high level, using daily bonuses, upgraded boosts), but wondering how people can earn 2 or 3M and staying on the same level, when the game started pretty recently (if I’m correct).

regarding the Hamster bot, specifically the daily combo, have you experienced a situation, when you couldn’t add the 5Mil, because you already bought one of the three cards and therefore couldn’t claim the Daily combo?

I’ve had the same problem with cipher, but FINALLY figured it out. When pressing the long sign, really press it for just a little longer than what it suggests (3s). That should do the trick. Let me know, if successful.

I’ve been having the same problem with the cipher…. Most of the time, not one letter shows up. I know (just by looking at the screen), that I push the right signs for each letter, so that’s not an issue. Really frustrating….. I’ve tried both of my devices, no difference. Watched a few videos just to make sure I wasn’t missing a detail, but nope. Anything that pops in your mind that might be an issue, please?
