I can agree with Dominique here. That is a good response. I am not sure if you would need to kyc or not, but that would be an issue if so. If you are looking for a decent CEX outside of crypto.com, I might suggest Kraken.

Hey there Erica, I hope all is well. I just want to get a clear idea of what all you are having trouble with so I can pass it along and get it resolved effectively. I have a couple questions.
1: Can I have a screenshot and/or photo of your browser? Ideally both if you are dealing with it on both devices.
2: Are you using the most recent version of the mobile app?
3: If you try to access the site from a different browser, do you have the same limitations?Thank you!

I don’t quite know how the direct claims work, no. I’m sorry. From what I see the direct claim isn’t available for another 90 hours. So I would try that whenever it becomes available

Did you ever connect your Tonkeeper wallet? When I go to the airdrop tab, it shows me “On-chain airdrop” as the first option, then the 2 you listed.
